As a liveact, producer, and community organizer, James uses music to break down boundaries between people - and genres. Raised in a Black and Asian-American family, James has performed as a DJ since 2011 and liveact since 2021 across the US, Germany, and in Istanbul, and has founded arts collectives in three cities.
James has a debut solo release planned with Kanto Records as well as a three-track EP with Lou nearing completion.
